1-Appearance quality:
No Leakage Allowed: The bottom of the aluminum foil food container should avoid pinholes, light leakage, or particularly clear areas, the bottom pattern should not leak, the indentation should not be too deep, the cylindrical indentation, and the material collection area should avoid crushing or pinholes, and avoid obvious punching marks or gaps on the flat and vertical surfaces of the carton mouth 1.
No Residues: The inside and outside of the aluminum foil food container should not have residual stamping oil (or engine oil), avoiding a sticky (wet) feeling; aluminum shavings and waste should not stick to the surface of the aluminum foil food container; the surface of the aluminum foil food container should not have obvious handprints and scratches; the surface of the aluminum foil food container should not have dust.
Intact Appearance: The rolled edge should not have missing material, mixed material, depressions, or a feeling of scratching the hand; the four corners of the high-edge products should be the same height (the same as the straight edge height), and no material should be missing; the folded edge products should have folded edges that are regular (no missing material), and the aluminum foil food container should be attached; the high-edge products should ensure that the high edge is regular, perpendicular to the aluminum foil food container, and there is no compression phenomenon.
2-Strength:
With a certain level of rigidity: Aluminum foil food containers are not easily deformed when pushed lightly by hand; the markings and edges are clearly visible after being pressed flat along a small surface; the four corners are also pressed flat; aluminum foil food containers should be easy to fold, with no gaps or small gaps between the containers.
3-Packaging:
The packaging size should be just right: The number of packages and the packaging (turnover) should meet the requirements of the process; Labels, box numbers, or production dates should be applied as required; The box should be sealed beautifully and sturdily; Ensure that the surface of the packaging box is clean, with no handprints, oil stains, or waste materials allowed to contaminate it.
