How it works
Step 1
- Email us your full company contact ways, service request in details, and other necessary information.
Step 2
- FBI staff will study your service requirements and suggest a best solution for you.
Step 3
- Confirm the service steps and payment terms with FBI by email.
Step 4
- FBI staff will issue the client a formal service invoice for any service request and the client is required to pay the whole service fee or some service deposit before FBI works.
Step 5
- FBI staff shall go and complete the service on time as soon as they receive the service cost or deposit from the client.
Step 6
- FBI staff shall submit the report to the client on time and FBI after-sale service lasts for one year in China.
